Please read the following information carefully:

1. We do not normally accept orders for existing products below a total value of £5,000  
2. All samples are charged at product cost plus delivery.  
3. Product development is not free. All costs will be identified and explained before they fall due.  
4. We do not supply limited or short run textile products. Short run is normally defined as below 5000 pieces.  
5. We do not supply any ‘branded’ (Sony, Nintendo, IPOD etc) electronic items. 
6. Orders will not be placed with factories until deposit funds have cleared in our UK business account. 
7. Orders will not be shipped until balance payment has cleared in our UK business account (applications for delayed payment or LC payments are considered). 
8. We are not a quotation service, for customers requiring a large number of different product quotes, we may apply a small charge for this service.

3. Graphic and web design.
4. Global logistics.
5. Factory audits and inspections
